About Sourcimedics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From experience to practical solutions for a healthier tomorrow.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Piet Bron, and after 25 years experience of working in global Quality, Regularory Affairs, Product Development, global Vigilance, and complaince roles in MedTech and Pharma, I founded Sourcimedics with a clear purpose: to help MedTech and Pharma organizations navigate complexity with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my career, I have seen that successful organizations create clarity, empower their people, and combine expertise, pragmatism, and leadership to turn complex challenges into practical solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That belief became the foundation of Sourcimedics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name Sourcimedics<\/strong> has a personal meaning. My surname, Bron, translates from Dutch as source<\/em>. It reflects the role I aim to play for every client: a trusted source of expertise, guidance, leadership, and continuous improvement. Combined with medics<\/em>, the name connects this idea of being a source with the healthcare and medical technology industries I have worked in throughout my career\u2014and with the ultimate objective of improving patient outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sourcimedics identity and related logo is built around the idea of a source creating ripples: experience and knowledge flowing outward to strengthen people, processes, products, and organizations. It represents how practical expertise, strong leadership, and continuous improvement can create lasting impact. In the same way, I help organizations transform challenges into opportunities for improvement, growth, and sustainable success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience translated into practical support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Today, from my base in the northern Netherlands, within easy reach of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, I support international MedTech and Pharma organizations. I work closely with executive teams, Quality and Regulatory professionals, Product Development organizations, and operational leaders during critical periods of growth, transformation, remediation, and change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I believe lasting improvements come from working alongside people rather than simply advising from a distance. Whether preparing for an audit, strengthening a Quality Management System, navigating complex regulatory requirements, leading organizational change, or providing interim leadership, my objective is to bring structure, clarity, confidence, and sustainable results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sourcimedics is intentionally independent and agile. Every engagement is tailored to the organization’s objectives, culture, risk profile, and stage of development. Rather than applying generic frameworks, I focus on practical solutions that fit the reality of the business while strengthening long-term capability within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At its heart, Sourcimedics is about being a trusted source of expertise, leadership, insight, and improvement. My goal is not only to help organizations solve today’s challenges, but to leave them stronger, more capable, and better prepared for tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the business<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. Sailing is a particular passion, and I also enjoy skiing, hiking, and running. I take great pleasure in sharing my sailing experience through instruction and coaching, as well as training and certifying new sailing instructors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being outdoors gives me energy and perspective. Whether at sea, in the mountains or somewhere new, I enjoy the combination of challenge, culture, discovery and simply having a good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sailing and hiking in particular remind me that conditions can change quickly. Preparation matters, plans sometimes need adjusting, and trust in the people around you makes all the difference \u2014 lessons that translate surprisingly well into professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps that is also why I feel at home in complex environments: stay curious, keep perspective, adapt when needed, and keep moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
